What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer (BPI or Unionbank) and Gcash.
We accept all major credit cards via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still checkout and pay using any credit card through this payment option.
Simply choose your preferred mode of payment, and you will be given instructions on how to go about it upon check-out.
When will my order be shipped?
Except for Bed Sets,
Your package will arrive in 10-14 business days.
You will receive notifications about the status of your order and waybill number via email.
Please contact us should you prefer other shipment method (Grab Express et al) and we'll gladly arrange such for you.
For Bed Sets, our lead time is 10-15 working days.
For Made To Order items, we will advise you of the lead time upon receipt of your custom inquiry.
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard shipping cost is PHP 150 for orders within Metro Manila; and PHP 350 for orders outside of Metro Manila.
For international deliveries, we issue a separate invoice to cover shipping cost.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been made, this cannot be cancelled so please take care when making your selection.
Can I return my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
